Marta Gałązka, Prokurent - Customer Service Director

Marta is connected with Sunrise System since January, 2008 and is one of the managers, who got to know the company thoroughly - from minor positions on the career path. Very soon she became a specialist in non-standard solutions to difficult issues and her career path evolved in the direction of managing relations with clients. Marta acquired rich experience in our company working as a:

  • Assistant to the Board;
  • Board Representative for Customer Service;
  • Administration Director and Board Representative for Customer Service;
  • Customer Service and Administration Section Director.

Marta's choice for the position of Proxy was based on her organizational skills, including the ability to systematize even the most complex sales and production processes into the form of procedures. Marta also has rich experience in shaping the loyalty policy, which influences the development of regular customers portfolio.

Marta is Management graduate, with the specialization of logistics manager. She is interested in negotiating strategies in business and mediations in crisis situations. She relaxes surrounded by nature, appreciates the time spent with the closest people. She is an enthusiast of Russian language and different cultures.
